Position: ISC Factory Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze production performance trends, variances and other operational KPIs and assess their financial impact.
• Monitor utilities and other overhead costs and usage and identify cost losses.
•  Prepare the annual plant budget in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Track expenses against approved budget and report any variances.
• Monitor the amount of work in progress (WIP) and its duration according to various production stages.
• Continuously review and report inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IE, and Planning teams to discuss performance improvements.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) degree, followed by 2 to 3 years of practical experience in manufacturing and plant controlling.
• Strong skills in Excel and financial modeling, ability to create cost models, KPI trackers and other monitoring tools.
• Good ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with different departments.
