Key Accountabilities

• End-to-end demand generation, brand strategy, and innovation for assigned brands; reporting to Senior Brand Manager.
• Product development from concept to launch; market development to drive penetration, share, and growth.
• Ownership of the 6Ps and campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Cross-functional leadership across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Conversion, and Media Agencies.
• Digital-first, social-led media execution for premium personal care portfolios.
• Consumer, shopper, and market insight development.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Marketing/Brand Management.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of brand strategy, FMCG marketing, consumer behavior, go-to-market execution, and media planning.
• Ability: Convert consumer and market insights into actionable strategies and manage initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
