Education: Graduation
Experience: 2–4 years in manufacturing experience, specifically in technical products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Start and organize production

    

2. Ensure that production is running smoothly and correctly.

    

3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and products

    

4. Follow quality control principles

    

5. Supervise and note production party

    

6. Troubleshoot minor machine problems

    

7. Correct molding issues

    

8. Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed

    

9. Identify and resolve production issues

    

10. Maintain accurate production records and reports

     

11. Continuously improve work methods
