Assist with treasury operations following company policies and regulations.
Help manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and funding activities.
Monitor cash positions and prepare treasury-related reports.
Key Responsibilities
I handle finance operations by making sure every voucher and transaction gets recorded accurately in the ERP system. On a typical day, I help reconcile bank accounts, check supporting documents, work with other departments, and quickly pull together the financial info needed for reports, audits, and management requests.
I help manage, settle, and document treasury transactions, always following our internal controls and making sure everything reconciles. I also put together ALCO presentations that highlight the country’s economic situation, cash flow projections, and investment positions—so committee members have the data they need to make smart calls. After meetings, I help my supervisor finalize the ALCO minutes for approval.
Every day, I prepare a treasury dashboard that shows my analytical skills and my understanding of the capital markets. I keep an eye on interest rates and let management know about ways to boost investment returns.
Whenever my supervisor starts a new project, especially ones focused on business improvement or internal controls, I jump in to help out.
