Job Summary

• Support the Finance Department in keeping accurate accounting records.

• Process daily financial transactions correctly and on time.

• Assist with treasury operations following company policies and regulations.

• Help manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and funding activities.

• Monitor cash positions and prepare treasury-related reports.

Key Responsibilities

• I handle finance operations by making sure every voucher and transaction gets recorded accurately in the ERP system. On a typical day, I help reconcile bank accounts, check supporting documents, work with other departments, and quickly pull together the financial info needed for reports, audits, and management requests.

   

• I help manage, settle, and document treasury transactions, always following our internal controls and making sure everything reconciles. I also put together ALCO presentations that highlight the country’s economic situation, cash flow projections, and investment positions—so committee members have the data they need to make smart calls. After meetings, I help my supervisor finalize the ALCO minutes for approval.

   

• Every day, I prepare a treasury dashboard that shows my analytical skills and my understanding of the capital markets. I keep an eye on interest rates and let management know about ways to boost investment returns.

   

• Whenever my supervisor starts a new project, especially ones focused on business improvement or internal controls, I jump in to help out.

Requirements

Education:

• B. Com / M. Com / BBA

Experience:

• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience preferably in Finance Department of Financial Services Sector.

Functional Competencies:

• Analytical and qualitative analysis skills
• Basic knowledge of investment management.
• Basic understanding of economic policy and fiscal policy
• Basic knowledge of risk especially market credit risk
• Knowledge of relevant SECP rules and regulations for NBFCs
• Cash flow forecasting Liquidity management/cash management
• Negotiation skills
• Presentation and writing skills
