Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and nurturing relationships with stores and owners.
• Acquiring new customers and nurturing old ones.
• Meeting given sales targets and revenue.
• Making it easy for customers to understand products and services.
• Understanding the customer’s needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Answering customer questions and resolving complaints in a good manner.
• Finding more sales opportunities (cross-selling and up-selling).
• Monitoring the market and competing organizations.
• Preparing sales reports and reporting to management.

What We’re Looking For:

-MBA / Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or a related field.
-Experience in retail sales or relationship management is preferred.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
