Position: Operator Off-set Printing

Requirements & Skills

• High speed printing machines with 5 years of practical experience

   

• Diploma in Printing Technology or Mechanical, or 12 years of relevant technical education

   

• Skills in printing machines and print quality checking

   

• Proper method of color setting and adjustment

   

• Flexibility for shift work

   

• Good color recognition (not color blind)

   

• Strong knowledge of pound and safety principles

Role Responsibilities

• Improve OEE of can making line printers

   

• Responsible for selection, maintenance and troubleshooting

   

• Leadership and team coordination of shift resources

   

• Work on continuous improvement

   

• Achieve KPIs and improve performance

   

• Make size changeover fast and efficient
