Fauji Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Junior Manager – Organization Development & Talent Management. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening organizational effectiveness, talent development initiatives and learning frameworks aligned with company’s strategic objectives.

📌 What We’re Looking For
🎓 Qualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification

💼 Experience: Min 6–7 years
of relevant experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Learning
& Development or related HR functions

🛠 Key Competencies

• Organization Development & Change Initiatives
• Talent management frameworks
• Performance management systems
• Learning needs analysis & training programs
• Strong command of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva and HR analytics
