About the Role

The University of South Asia is expanding its AI capabilities and is seeking AI-native software developers who can design and build intelligent systems powered by advanced language models, including Opus-class architectures.

We are looking for individuals who understand AI as a core engineering layer — not just an API.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Use AI to design software systems.
• Build applications based on LLM (AI models).
• Create AI workflows that scale easily
• Improve the speed and cost of AI models.
• Structured prompts yield better results up to the crane.
• Implement RAG (Recovery-based system) crane.
• Deploy AI solutions in production environments.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong command of Python
• Experience integrating models from LLM such as OpenAI and Anthropic
• Advanced computational engineering skills
• Understanding of embeddings and vector databases
• Experience with back-end frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
• Experience deploying applications to production
• Knowledge of AI performance optimization

Preferred Skills

• GPU-based model deployment
• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Experience with fine-tuning workflows
• Frontend familiarity (React / Next.js is a plus)
• Systems architecture experience
