Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and thorough data entry in MS Excel.

   

• Monitoring dash cams to ensure drivers adhere to safety rules and company policies.

   

• Updating and maintaining match sheets to ensure trip details, timing and documentation are accurate.

   

• Track the movement of the bus with the tracking system and report any delays or route changes.

   

• Daily, weekly and monthly reports of the bus.

Requirements

• Work-to-work 16 years of education is mandatory.

   

• Should have good command of MS Excel and MS Word.

   

• Should have good communication and reporting skills.

   

• Should have the ability to observe carefully and pay attention to small details.

   

• Should have the ability to work in a shift system.
