Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a dynamic and 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to support our corrugation plant sales operations. The role focuses on 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packaging solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Manage sales and orders for corrugated packaging products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client orders, details and timing.
• Plan orders in collaboration with production, quality and finance teams.
• Check order progress and production schedule and provide updates to management.
• Assist in sales planning and forecasting future orders.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP system and prepare reports.
• Check sales performance (KPIs) and assist in calculating incentives.
• Follow company rules (SOPs) and documents in the correct manner.
• Requests for price approval and support in special client.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 5 to 6 years of experience in sales operations or sales support, preferably in the manufacturing field (preferably with experience in corrugated packaging or custom production).
• Strong coordination and communication skills with sales, production and finance teams.
• Have practical experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP is preferred).
• Ability to understand data and derive accurate results
• Attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple orders or projects simultaneously
