Job Position – Purchase Officer / Sr. Purchase Executive

The ideal candidate will support sourcing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily procurement work, whether from local or Bihar suppliers.
• Purchase orders are made and zero paperwork is filed.
• Saman will get enough time to establish relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain complete procurement records from the store.
• Discuss rates with vendors and check expenses.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and Saman will buy at the right price.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement, especially in the aluminum industry, is preferred.
• Ability to negotiate prices and communicate well with customers.
• Knowledge of the entire procurement process and paperwork
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• UAE experience is preferred.
