DFL is seeking a seasoned electrical and automation leader to drive operational excellence across our vertically integrated textile operations. This role demands strategic vision, technical authority, and strong governance to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient performance across spinning, weaving, dyeing, apparel, utilities, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical, instrumentation and automation systems for mills and global sites

   

• Ensure 24/7 safe and smooth operations (spinning, weaving, dyeing, garments, wastewater treatment)

   

• Standardize and streamline PLC, DCS and SCADA systems

   

• Improve automation and digital systems

   

• Ensure audit of electrical systems and legal compliance.

   

• Find root cause of electrical problems and perform shutdowns

   

• Oversee planning and execution of electrical and automation projects

   

• Work on energy saving measures (such as VFD and power factor improvement)

   

• Lead and train teams across multiple sites, manage vendors and contractors

   

• Work with engineering, production, maintenance and global teams

Qualification & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 15–20 years of progressive experience in textile or process industries

• Experience will range from engineering roles to senior positions.

   

• Experience in dyeing, weaving, spinning, apparel, utilities and WWTP/ETP

   

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
