Position: SENIOR MANAGER – WAREHOUSE

Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of the warehouse (receiving, storing and shipping goods).

   

• Improving the warehouse system will make the work faster and more cost-effective.

   

• Maintaining accurate stock records and regular checks.

   

• Following the FIFO/FEFO system and storing goods in a neat manner.

   

• Coordinating with production, procurement and logistics teams.

   

• Utilizing warehouse space and optimizing work.

   

• Maintaining safety and cleanliness.

   

• Guiding the team and managing their training and performance.

   

• Periodically counting stock and resolving discrepancies.

   

• Reporting warehouse and inventory to management.

Qualification & Skills:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business

   

• Basic knowledge of ERP and Inventory

   

• Ability to lead a team

   

• Problem solving and analytical skills

   

• Some warehouse experience

   

• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant warehouse management experience in manufacturing/automotive sector.

Position: MANAGER – STORES

Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the store.

   

• Receiving, storing and issuing goods.

   

• Keeping stock records.

   

• Keeping the goods in the warehouse.

   

• Working with teams.

   

• Guiding store staff.

   

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety.

   

• Checking stock occasionally.

   

• Reporting to management.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant store management experience in manufacturing/automotive sector.
