Key Accountabilities

• Posting SAP provisions every month.
• Posting bills after 3-way reconciliation.
• Reconciling vendor balances.
• Correctly deducting and recording income and sales taxes.
• Completing tasks assigned by supervisor on time.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• B Com (Hons.), BBA (Finance), or equivalent with 0-1 Years of relevant experience
• Ability to act/work independently/high motivation/ability to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP

Job Overview:

Key Accountabilities:

• Preparing and checking export and import documents.
• Talking to suppliers and customers will be done from the shipment desk.
• Checking the shipment schedule and submitting documents on time.
• Creating simple reports for management.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Supply Chain.
• Basic experience with commercial documents and accounts.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to work carefully and meticulously at work.
• Communication and presentation skills
• Able to work with a team.
