POSITION: SENIOR OFFICER – QUALITY ASSURANCE

LOCATION: Head Office – Lahore

QUALIFICATION: DAE – Civil / Architecture with at least 3 years experience OR BS – Civil

EXPERIENCE : 1–3 years of relevant experience (minimum 1 year in school operations is preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proposed school sites** and report on building condition**.
• Guide clients on **renovations and changes** (facade, logo wall, washrooms, color, structure).
• Coordinate with **Legal, Finance and Business Development teams** for site approval.
• Manage **QA reports, student data and OMS records** updates and updates.
• Prepare **construction plans** for business partners.
• Analyze location and area using **maps and demographic data**.
• Prepare **reports and presentations** in a professional manner.
• Verify **property documents and layout plans** and approve.
• 2D/3D designs and space plans** in accordance with **Keila’s company guidelines.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Proficient in SketchUp 3D
• Proficient in Google Maps / My Maps
• Proficient in Photoshop Rendering
