• Install, configure, and administer mail servers such as MDaemon and Microsoft Exchange.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain overall network operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain firewall policies, proxy servers, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
• Set up, configure, and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Diagnose and resolve email-related issues, including delivery failures, spam filtering, security concerns, and email queue management.
