WE ARE HIRING: LEBANESE CHEF

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present authentic Lebanese dishes including mezze, grills, shawarma, and traditional specialties.
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational standards.
Support menu development and innovation while preserving authentic flavors.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lebanese Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
