QC Inspector – Painting & Coating (Abu Dhabi Job)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily painting inspections and coordinate with client representatives on-site in Abu Dhabi.
• Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) as per project standards and specifications.
• Prepare Painting Procedure Specifications and conduct PQT/Applicator Tests.
• Carry out visual inspection of coatings as per industry standards.
• Coordinate final inspection processes, including holiday testing.
• Inspect factory-applied coatings such as 3LPP and 2LFBE.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in painting inspection within Oil & Gas projects (preferably in Abu Dhabi or the Middle East).
• Certification in NACE or BGAS Level 2.
• ADNOC approval or experience with major oil & gas clients is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in field joint coating (HSS/HB-HT/Wrapping).
• Willingness to stay in site accommodation in Abu Dhabi.

QC Inspector – Welding (Abu Dhabi Job)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily welding inspections and coordinate with client representatives in Abu Dhabi projects.
• Prepare NDT requests, PWHT schedules, and Inspection Test Plans.
• Develop Welding Procedure Specifications and conduct PQT/WQT.
• Supervise QA/QC activities for pipelines, piping systems, and testing procedures.
• Handle hydro and pneumatic testing processes.
• Prepare project completion dossiers and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of welding inspection experience in Oil & Gas projects, especially in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Certifications such as AWS / CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level 2.
• ADNOC approval or similar client certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with large-diameter pipelines and automatic welding processes.
• Willingness to work and stay at project sites in Abu Dhabi.
