JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager – Central

Sveston is a Luxury Watch Brand, with over four decades of experience in Watchmaking Industry and a family of 18 million happy customers worldwide. For our Office based in Punjab, we are seeking applications for Area Sales Manager – Central Region. Details are mentioned, as below.

Job Description:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive retail sell-out by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance of retail outlets and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with watch retailers, fashion accessory stores, and multi-brand outlets.
• Expand Sveston’s retail presence by onboarding new retail partners.
• Ensure optimal product availability and stock rotation across stores.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising standards, and branding at retail locations.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement retail marketing campaigns, POS materials, and in-store promotions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the territory.
• Supervise and support sales representatives, promoters, or merchandisers assigned to the region.
• Conduct training for retail staff on product knowledge, features, and selling techniques.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to the team.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Track inventory levels at retail outlets and minimize stock-outs or overstocking.
• Manage order cycles, returns, and replacements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasting, and territory performance analysis.
• Collect and share market insights, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of retail partners and sales activities.

Candidate Must Have:

• Graduation or Master’s degree, in related field.
• 5–6 Years of sales experience, in retail industry (preferably watches, fashion retail, or consumer goods).
