Roots Garden School System is seeking an energetic, disciplined, and motivated professional for the position of:

PHYSICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (PTI) | LOCATION: RAWALPINDI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct physical education and fitness training sessions for students
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Organise sports activities, athletic events, drills, and competitions
• Train students in physical fitness, exercises, and outdoor activities
• Ensure safety protocols during sports and training sessions
• Assist in planning annual sports events and co-curricular activities
• Maintain sports equipment and activity records

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in organising inter-school sports events
• First aid and student safety awareness
• Ability to encourage student participation in sports and fitness activities
• Team-oriented and disciplined personality

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, or relevant field
• Relevant experience as PTI / Sports Instructor in a reputable institution preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
• Physically fit, energetic, and able to manage student activities effectively
• Knowledge of multiple sports and fitness training techniques
