Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and influencer partnerships. The role includes identifying category growth opportunities, analyzing customer behavior, improving conversion journeys, and working with Product, CRM, and Commercial teams to strengthen customer retention.

The Brand Manager will also monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics to improve ROI and support sustainable brand growth.

Requirements and Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Candidates must have 2–3 years of marketing experience within the GCC, including mandatory UAE experience. Backgrounds in FMCG, e-commerce, or startups are highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, campaign analytics, digital marketing tools, influencer marketing, consumer insights, and customer journey optimization is preferred.
