Experience and Responsibilities

Applicants should have at least 2–3 years of experience in CCTV operations, command centres, or security systems. Previous practical experience with CCTV monitoring, Video Management Systems (VMS), and incident reporting is required.

The role requires strong observation skills and the ability to monitor security systems carefully. Candidates should be capable of identifying incidents, making quick decisions, and preparing accurate reports when required.

Experience with VMS platforms is particularly relevant for this position. Certified training in Milestone or equivalent Video Management Systems will be considered an advantage. Similarly, certified training in video analytics platforms such as Ipsotek or equivalent is preferred.

Skills and Requirements

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and compliance with MOI SSD standards. Basic IT skills are also required, including familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Good observation, quick decision-making, and effective communication are important for succeeding as a CCTV Operator. Candidates should be comfortable working as part of a team and coordinating with others when handling security-related situations.

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are required. Applicants should also be able to work effectively under stressful conditions and manage multiple tasks without losing attention to important details.
