Key Responsibilities

The Manager – Student Recruitment & Admissions will oversee recruitment strategies, admissions operations, and team performance to support the university’s enrolment objectives.

Key duties include:

• Leading marketing, student recruitment, and admissions activities.
• Developing and implementing strategies to meet student enrolment and application conversion targets.
• Supervising, supporting, and mentoring the Student Recruitment & Admissions team.
• Managing the student journey from the initial enquiry and application through to final enrolment.
• Maintaining professional relationships with students, parents, schools, education consultants, and recruitment partners.
• Tracking recruitment results, lead conversion rates, and admissions performance indicators.
• Working closely with academic, finance, and other university departments to facilitate an efficient admissions process.
• Ensuring that admissions activities comply with university policies, regulatory standards, and relevant requirements.
• Representing the university at education exhibitions, school visits, recruitment events, and other promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience in higher education recruitment and admissions, together with the ability to lead a team and deliver measurable enrolment results.

The expected candidate profile includes:

• Previous experience in student recruitment and admissions within the higher education sector.
• At least five years of experience or market knowledge relating to the UAE education market, as specified in the vacancy announcement.
