Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide daily administrative and clerical support, manage company correspondence and records, coordinate meetings and appointments, and prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other office documents. The role also involves data entry, document filing, internal communication, and supporting general office operations.

Requirements & Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline. Arabic proficiency is mandatory, while strong English communication skills are also required. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent organizational abilities, and strong attention to detail. Previous UAE experience is preferred.
