o Support the customer support team in day-to-day operations and additional assigned tasks.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
o Good typing speed and proficiency in written communication.
o Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
o Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively.
o Willingness to learn, take feedback positively and continuously improve.
o Demonstrates punctuality, reliability and a positive “𝗰𝗮𝗻-𝗱𝗼” 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲.

𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 for its North Region.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Handle the entire recruitment process for Northern Region retail stores: job posting, headhunting, screening, interviewing, hiring

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent

Handle employee issues and find quick solutions

Assist in orientation and onboarding of new employees

Maintaining employee records and HR database

Basic HR tasks such as attendance, leave, and record keeping

Resolving employee HR queries

Participating in HR projects to improve workplace culture and employee engagement in the company

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within a retail industry.
o Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and time management abilities.
