To further strengthen its Tile Bond Sales division, Brighto Paints is hiring dynamic, result-oriented, and market-focused professionals for the role of Business Development Executive / Territory Manager across multiple cities.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for Tile Bond products

• Identify new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and project-based clients within the assigned territory

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, dealers, and channel partners

• Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and reporting of market trends

• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in the assigned region

• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns

• Monitor territory performance and prepare sales reports for management review

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development

• Experience in construction materials, paints, adhesives, or tile bond products will be considered a strong advantage

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Market development and relationship-building ability

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
