Position: Senior Fashion Designer (Men’s Wear)

Carom is an exciting new fashion brand that specializes in creating unique & trend-setting clothing for individuals who want to make a bold fashion statement. Looking for a Senior Fashion Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and trend research for men’s clothing.
• Create mood boards, color boards and concept boards for each season.
• Design and develop seasonal collections (knit, woven, denim).
• Perform garment fitting, fabric selection and sample review.
• Knowledge of color and graphics.
• Understand garment specifications.
• Work with buying, merchandising and production teams to maintain cost and quality.
• Provide fashionable and production friendly designs.
• Coordinate photo shoots with marketing and creative teams.
• Communicate across departments to maintain deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing/Textile Designing or related field.
• 2-4 Years of design experience preferably in men’s wear.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools.
