Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: BE in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical secondary maintenance and repair work.
• Preferred Experience: Working in large-capacity power plants (e.g., 300 MW and above).
• Key Skills:
  • Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methods.
  • Experience leading teams in maintenance and repair work.
  • Proficiency in generator transformer protection, line protection, busbar protection, and commissioning processes.
  • Expertise in automatic devices, electrical measurement, and network communication equipment.
  • Ability to monitor equipment status, analyze abnormalities, and handle emergency responses.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect secondary equipment and develop annual maintenance plans.
• Lead equipment anomaly analysis and propose technical improvement plans.
• Manage on-site equipment maintenance, repair quality control, and safety measures for high-risk work.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and emergency usage for secondary equipment.
• Maintain technical records to ensure safe and stable unit operation.
• Conduct emergency drills and provide training to department personnel.
