Adamjee Insurance Company is currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company’s operations remain fully compliant with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) regulations and industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing regulatory submissions through the CBUAE Smart Portal, overseeing compliance reporting, conducting internal risk assessments, supporting regulatory audits, and preparing compliance reports for senior management. The role also involves monitoring changes in UAE regulations and promoting compliance awareness across the organization.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, along with 7+ years of compliance experience in a General Insurance company. Professional certifications such as CAMS or ICA will be considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, corporate governance, and UAE insurance legislation is essential.
