Dr Ziauddin Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure its web infrastructure and digital platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in WordPress, Laravel, Core PHP, and LAMP stack environments, along with cloud infrastructure and website security management.

Job Summary

The Web Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, security, optimization, and availability of hospital websites and related systems. The role includes hands-on administration of CMS platforms, cloud instances, servers, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures to ensure uninterrupted digital operations across the Ziauddin Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, updates, and maintenance of WordPress websites and other CMS platforms including Laravel and Core PHP

• Ensure website stability, performance, and security across all hosted platforms

• Monitor server health, optimize databases, and fine-tune LAMP stack configurations for high availability

• Implement and manage Cloudflare WAF, malware scanning, backups, patching, and security hardening

• Troubleshoot server and application-level errors, restore compromised websites, and perform disaster recovery

• Handle security management, patch management, analytics, reporting, hosting, and server administration

• Track and report website and server-related expenses, identifying opportunities for cost optimization

• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, servers, websites, and security protocols

• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) across Ziauddin Group websites

• Ensure maximum uptime, data protection, and compliance with IT security best practices

Knowledge & Competencies

• Strong expertise in WordPress, Laravel, and Core PHP application management and security

• Hands-on experience with Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, and PHP

• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting cloud platforms such as GCP, DigitalOcean, or self-hosted servers

• Experience implementing firewalls, malware protection, backups, and performance optimization techniques

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to restore systems and ensure business continuity

Qualification & Experience

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT field

• Professional Certification: Cloud Administrator certification will be an added advantage

• Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in Web Administration, specifically with WordPress, Laravel, and Core PHP websites
