Job Requirements

Candidates applying for this position must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in event operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and good communication skills in English.
• Strong experience in on-site event execution, staff coordination, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A valid UAE driving licence and personal car.
• Willingness to travel to different event locations across the UAE. Transportation is not provided.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to event schedules.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will oversee event operations from initial setup through dismantling, ensuring that activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include coordinating with clients, suppliers, vendors, and event staff; conducting site visits; checking operational readiness; and resolving on-site challenges. The candidate will also help maintain high operational standards and deliver a professional experience for clients and attendees.
