Job Responsibilities:

• Work in the factory and keep the machines running smoothly, overseeing day and night shifts, until the work is done safely, well, and on time

   

• Teach, guide, and improve the team, until everyone works well together and solves problems themselves.

   

• Check work daily, listen to staff issues and work together with departments.

   

• Follow safety, health and company rules and set an example yourself.

   

• Identify problems early and start improvement work, until the system, safety, quality and above all, are the best.
