We are hiring – Unit Head TBML Monitoring

We’re looking for graduates to join our dynamic team for the role of Unit Head TBML Monitoring in Karachi.

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience
Location:Karachi

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and update policies and procedures related to **TBML**, and ensure their implementation (as per SBP guidelines).
2. Provide advice and assistance to **FCC Head** on foreign trade laws and regulations and to anticipate and respond to their queries.
3. Provide guidance to staff on **TBML issues** and research their responses.
4. Identify **suspicious activities (red flags)** to monitor foreign trade transactions.
5. Supervise the work of **Counter TBML Unit** and ensure that all work is completed on time.
6. Prepare **Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)** and submit them to FMU as required.
7. Respond to **Regulators, FMU and law enforcement agencies**’ TBML related queries in a timely manner.
8. TBML related **data and information** to be provided to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
9. TBML training materials development and training to assist me.
10. **necessary resources** available for Counter TBML Unit.
11. **FCC Head and Head of Compliance** to update me regularly on TBML progress and issues.
