Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Graduate in Actuarial Science / Mathematics or equivalent
• 1 to 3 actuarial exams
• IFRS 17 / reserving exposure preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Position: Assistant Manager Finance
• Reporting to: Assistant General Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Perform daily validation of financial transactions, upload accurate data into the AX system, and maintain proper audit documentation.
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and prepare monthly reconciliation reports for management.
• Maintain and update prepayment and expense schedules, including monthly amortization, to support accurate period closures.
• Prepare and validate financial data in compliance with IFRS 9 and IFRS 17, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, and report reconciliation status to management.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Education: Minimum BBA/MBA or ACCA/CA finalist
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in relevant field
• Technical Skills: Moderate data analytical skills are highly desired (e.g., for Excel, VBA)
• Communication: Should have good written and verbal communication skills
