Key Accountabilities
Keep the work running smoothly by processing new business cases correctly and on time.
Handle post-sales tasks like surrender, cancellation and refund with proper documentation and coordination with the finance team.
Maintain accurate and complete HR records of sales staff, ready for audit.
Take care of inventory, check allocations, ensure correct distribution in each region and keep records updated.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) with 1-3 years of Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
