Job Overview

Key Accountabilities

• Keep the work running smoothly by processing new business cases correctly and on time.
• Handle post-sales tasks like surrender, cancellation and refund with proper documentation and coordination with the finance team.
• Maintain accurate and complete HR records of sales staff, ready for audit.
• Take care of inventory, check allocations, ensure correct distribution in each region and keep records updated.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) with 1-3 years of Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
