Key Responsibilities:
Update and manage customer data in CRM system.
Maintain guest or client profile and history.
Provide reports and information to sales and marketing team.
Respond to customer feedback and corrections.
Manage loyalty programs and promotions.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing , or related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support.
