Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow CandyLand’s sales operations in Islamabad through strong team leadership and effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase regional sales performance and meet targets/KPIs

   

• Increase market coverage and make RTM planning effective

   

• Lead, train and manage sales team

   

• Improve performance of regional distributors

   

• Strengthen relationships with key accounts, retailers and distributors

   

• Align business and human resource development strategies with national sales goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 7+ years of FMCG sales experience with a proven track record in managing teams
• Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication, negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
