Position: Desi Restaurant Manager

Requirements

• Experience: 6-7 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Operations: Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
• Cuisine: Knowledge of Desi cuisine is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations and staffing of the restaurant.

   

• Trains and guides staff.

   

• Maintains food and service standards.

   

• Resolves customer complaints.

   

• Keeps the restaurant safe and clean.
