The Admin & HR Executive is responsible for executing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization. This role focuses on office management, documentation, and coordination of administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
Documentation: Maintain and organize administrative records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Customer Support: Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders as required.
HR Coordination: Oversee and coordinate location-based HR matters.
Requirements
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles.
Desired Competencies

Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools.
