Position: IT SUPPORT OFFICER

Kamal Limited is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install and set up software or hardware.

• Check network and security.

   

• Quickly resolve IT issues.

   

• Maintain IT records and inventory.

   

• Update and back up software.

   

• Work with vendors as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• IT or Computer Science degree.

   

• Prior IT support experience.

   

• Can solve computer and network problems.

   

• Must be able to maintain network and system security.

   

• Must be able to communicate well and organize work.

   

• Able to work both alone and with a team.

Salary: Market Competitive
