Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering
• 4 years or more experience in ERP technical development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Apex, Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher or Power BI.
• Strong experience in HR systems development and integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR modules of the ERP (core HR, payroll, attendance, recruitment, training).
• Set up workflows and approvals in the HR system.
• Create HR reports and simple dashboards (such as headcount and payroll).
• Manage user access and system settings.
• Manage payroll meds and troubleshoot data errors.
• Support system updates and integrations.
• Train users and answer their questions.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Performance, Training)
• Expertise in report writing, dashboards, and data analysis
• Experience in ERP integrations and automation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate between HR and technical teams
