Position: Executive (Performance Analyst)

Education & Experience

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or performance reporting.

Skills

• Strong command of MS Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand processes, not just numbers.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow into a larger role.
• Good communication skills and structured thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing KPIs for department and business goals. 
• Monitor performance trends and analyze productivity, cost, efficiency. 
• Assist management in decision making by analyzing unit cost and variance. 
• Analyze operational data to derive useful insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Excel and Power BI. 
• Assist in department-wise performance review and reporting. 
• Ensures accuracy and consistency of data.
