Position: Deputy Manager – Utilities & Maintenance

Requirements

• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in operations, utilities, or maintenance management.
• Education: Bachelors in Engineering (BE)

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the team: Guiding engineers and technicians to keep machines and plants running smoothly
• Running the job smoothly: Operating HVAC, utilities, and printing machines safely and efficiently
• Keeping machines in top condition: Repairing machines on time and working through downtime to meet production targets
• Managing money and equipment: Managing maintenance budgets and spare parts stocks, and selecting vendors who do a good job
• Using systems: Tracking work with Oracle Fusion (ERP) and time management systems
• Checking facilities and utilities: Properly managing refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water systems, and scrap disposal
