We are looking for a Brand Manager based in Karachi.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
• Master’s degree (HEC recognized) in Marketing or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills

• Good understanding of consumer behavior and trends.

   

• Good understanding of marketing and sales mindset.

   

• Positive and working with media agencies.

   

• Passionate about people.

   

• Constantly up to date on new marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Create a brand plan for the year that aligns with business and growth goals.

   

• Run ATL, BTL and digital campaigns to make the brand famous.

   

• New products have improved and old products have improved.

   

• Market research has been done and trends have been understood to develop a strategy for the future.

   

• Work closely with sales, trade marketing, agencies and supply chain teams.

   

• Check the performance and marketing results of the brand.

   

• Manage the brand budget and use the money wisely.
