• Manage marketing spending and planning.
• Run online ads and work on social media.

• Send messages and emails to customers.
• See which marketing is getting the most bang for your buck.

Job specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business marketing.
  MBA is even better.
  7-12 years of marketing experience.
  5 years of work-related team leadership or management experience
  Fashion or online business experience is even better.

Skills & Competencies

• Be a forward-thinking and good planner
• Be good at numbers and have good adaptability.
• Be creative and understand fashion and youth trends.
• Use AI tools for marketing.
• Know how to operate customer engagement software (like De-Engage or Murgenu).
