Osaka Lighting Looking for Senior HR Officer
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of factory HR experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hire workers, staff and supervisors for the factory.

    

2. Keep track of payroll, attendance and overtime.

    

3. Maintain all employee documents (files, contracts, letters).

    

4. Oversee HR operations and staff coordination within the factory.

    

5. Handle discipline, leave and daily HR issues.

    

6. Prepare HR reports and support factory management.
