Position: Deputy Manager – Organizational Development

Key Responsibilities:
Oversees factory operations and maintenance on a shift basis.
Train and support the team, problem solving, and good communication.
Monitors work performance, manages staff, and reports shift issues.
Adheres to rules, safety, and company policies.
Set a good example and set high standards in safety, quality, and value.
Monitor the entire process of employees’ work: setting goals and preparing their annual reports.
See which employee needs which skills and arrange training.
Plan and conduct training sessions with trainers.
Monitor the impact of training, understand the benefits of feedback and performance.
Assist HR in: Organizing events, awards and communication.
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resource with 8 years of relevant experience.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
