Position: Hotel Manager/EAM

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• The General Manager is responsible for running the hotel smoothly.

   

• They manage the rooms, restaurants, banquets, and kitchens.

   

• They keep the hotel profitable and the guests happy.

   

• They guide the teams to maintain service and cleanliness.

   

• Controlling food and staff costs, maintaining quality and hygiene.

   

• Resolving guest issues quickly.

   

• Following safety and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field

EXPERIENCE: 12+ years of work experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
