Position: Deputy Manager – Sheet Metal Store

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire operation of the sheet metal store (receiving, storing and issuing goods).

   

• Maintain accurate stock records and maintain levels.

   

• Coordinate with production and purchase teams.

   

• Check stock movements and follow FIFO.

   

• Perform regular stock counts and check for discrepancies.

   

• Update documents and ERP on time.

   

• Use store space wisely and maintain safety.

   

• Follow 5S and Behtari system.

   

• Follow company rules and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BBA or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sheet Metal Store or warehouse operations (automotive industry preferred).
• Skills: Knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, MS Office, and ability to manage teams under pressure.

Position: Manager – Vacuum Forming & EPP

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities

• Manage the vacuum forming / thermoforming production work.
• Maintain production targets and quality.
• Keep checking machines and molds.
• If there is a problem, deal with it quickly.
• Work closely with the maintenance and quality team.
• Strive to improve work and reduce costs.
• Follow safety and company rules.
• Guide and train the team.
• Complete tasks assigned by management.

Qualification & Skills

• Engineering degree (mechanical or related field).

   

• Basic experience in plastic and vacuum forming.

   

• Leading a team and solving problems.

   

• Fast and responsible worker.

   

• Good communication skills.

   

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office/ERP).

Experience: 10–12 years of Vacuum Forming & Expanded Polypropylene operations.
