As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage shift schedules, maintain excellent service and food presentation standards, and support sales performance in a fast-paced dining environment. The role also involves coaching team members, handling customer concerns, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with operational and hygiene standards.

Candidates should have previous experience managing teams of 8–14 staff members, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of Syrve POS systems and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English is required, while Russian language skills will be an added advantage.
